Ruori is the customer service point of the City of Kotka
If you need help and don’t know where to turn, start looking for help at Ruori. Our customer service team at Ruori will guide you through all matters related to our city.
At Ruori you can buy and download a bus pass, ask about city services, buy Kotka products and deal with issues such as parking control. The service point also serves as a Lippu.fi sales point.
You can also pick up printed bus timetables for the Kotka area, pick up and return keys to the camping areas and use the free customer terminal for electronic transactions. It also serves as a tourist information centre. The Ruori also has brochures on tourism and events in the South-Kymenlaakso region. You can also find a regional tourist guide and a map of Kotka.
You can pay day-care bills, boat parking, plot rental and facility service bills, city planning map and registration fees, as well as certificate fees, parking fines, parking permits and Kotkan Opisto fees. You can pay in cash or by debit card. There is no service fee for paying invoices.
