Ruori is customer service office of the City of Kotka

At Ruori you can for example buy and renew travel cards (Waltti-card), ask about city services and buy Kotka-products. Ruori also acts as a event tickets sales point. You can pick up printed bus timetables for the Kotka area and use free customer computer. You can also find tourist brochures and maps and also get tips regarding different tourist destinations.

You can pay invoices that are issued by the city. There is no service fee for paying invoices. Invoices can be paid in cash or by card. Other payment methods are also accepted. You can check the suppliers’ websites for up-to-date payment methods.

You can find us at Kotka City Hall, at the corner of Kustaankatu and Keskuskatu. The entrance is on the Keskuskatu side.

Ruori’s telephone services are available on the following direct numbers on weekdays from 9 to 11 and from 13 to 15:

Tickets for events can be purchased at the Ruori.

Ticket sales service and national service helpdesk for event tickets, tel. 0600 900 900.

Call 0600 900 900 for information on buying, booking or changing an existing booking, for guidance on using the online shop, for ticket delivery or for detailed information about an event, such as age limits or the duration of the event. The service is open Mon–Sat 9–21, Sun 10–18 (exceptions possible, e.g. on public holidays). Please note that 0600 900 900 is a premium-rate telephone number.
